Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (Agreement) govern the use of Sardis RV Storages services for the storage of recreational vehicles (RVs). Please read this Agreement carefully before utilizing our services. By using Sardis RV Storage, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

Definitions

  • Sardis RV Storage refers to the company providing RV storage services.
  • Customer refers to any individual or entity utilizing Sardis RV Storages services.
  • RV refers to a recreational vehicle, including but not limited to motorhomes, trailers, campers, and other similar vehicles.

Services

  • Sardis RV Storage provides secure and monitored storage facilities for RVs.
  • Customers may rent storage spaces for their RVs, subject to availability.

Rental Agreement

  • Customers must complete and sign a Rental Agreement before storing their RV with Sardis RV Storage.
  • The Rental Agreement includes details such as rental rates, payment terms, storage period, and any additional terms and conditions.

Payment

  • Customers are responsible for timely payment of all fees associated  with their RV storage.
  • Payment terms, including rates, due dates, and accepted payment methods, are outlined in the Rental Agreement.
  • Sardis RV Storage reserves the right to modify the fees upon providing  reasonable notice to the customer.

Access and Security

  • Customers will be provided with a unique access code or key to enter the storage facility.
  • Customers must keep their access code or key confidential and not share it with any unauthorized individuals.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the security of their RV and personal belongings.
  • Sardis RV Storage is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or  unauthorized access to the customers RV or belongings.

Maintenance and Insurance

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining their RV in good condition and ensuring it is roadworthy.
  • Customers are encouraged to obtain comprehensive insurance coverage for their RV while in storage.
  • Sardis RV Storage is not liable for any damage or loss to the customers RV or belongings.

Termination and Removal

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice in advance.
  • Upon termination, the customer must remove their RV from the storage facility within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Failure to remove the RV within the specified timeframe may result in  additional charges or disposal of the RV at the customers expense.

Limitation of Liability

  • Sardis RV Storage shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the storage services provided.
  • Sardis RV Storages liability for any claim related to its services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the storage services.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sardis RV Storage is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Amendments

Sardis RV Storage reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. The revised terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying customers through other means.
