• A minimum 60 days rental is required
• Thirty days notice via email are required to terminate your contract, refunds are not issued on partial rental terms.
• Valid insurance is mandatory, with a copy to be received upon contract signing. When insurance is renewed, you are required to provide the updated documents to the office.
• Gate security is of utmost importance, you are required to close the gate behind you at all times of entry.
• No waste or trash is to be left on site.
• No hazardous materials to be stored on site.
• All contact information should be up to date, if changes occur, please notify the Sardis RV Storage office.
